6 – 9 months
For a full wedding, this is when to start. We talk through the day, the venue, and the number, then hold your date with a deposit.
3 – 4 months
A made-to-order menu shaped around your vision, the season, and every dietary need at the table.
1 month
Taste the menu, confirm the timeline, and lock rentals, linens, staff, and any specialty stations.
2 weeks
Numbers confirmed, floor plan agreed, and the kitchen begins ordering.
The day
Our team arrives, sets up, serves, and clears — you are a guest at your own wedding.
The morning after
The gathering people remember. Bakery, fruit, and a hot buffet for everyone still in town.
Bridal has its own set, because each part of the weekend asks for something different.
